By accessing or using the AURA SOL website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: (a) engage in fraudulent activity or unauthorised access; (b) scrape, reverse-engineer or copy content; (c) upload malware; (d) interfere with site security or availability. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@aurasol.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We take care to describe and photograph our swimwear accurately, but colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration. Sizes are indicative — please consult our Size Guide. Stock is limited and availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

• All prices are displayed in your local currency where supported, and include VAT/GST where applicable. Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
• Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. In case of an obvious pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase; the contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation.
• Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are captured at the time of order.

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

All content on this site — including trademarks (AURA SOL), logos, product designs, photography, editorial copy, videos and code — is owned by or licensed to AURA SOL Swimwear and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or exploit any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.

By tagging us or submitting reviews, photos or comments, you grant AURA SOL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in marketing communications, with credit where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURA SOL, its officers, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify AURA SOL against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
