Payment Policy

• Credit & debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay.
• UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM.
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks).
• Wallets — Paytm, Amazon Pay, MobiKwik.
• Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal (international orders).
• Cash on Delivery — available on eligible pin codes only.

All prices are displayed in your local currency where possible and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) or the currency shown at checkout. International customers may see currency conversion fees applied by their card issuer.

Applicable GST is included in the displayed price for Indian orders. International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT and customs charges collected on delivery — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Card details are never stored on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit TLS and processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers. We use 3-D Secure (OTP) authentication for card payments as required by RBI regulations.

Payment is authorised at checkout and captured when your order is confirmed. If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and no funds will be taken. Any pending authorisations are released by your bank within 5–7 business days.

We use industry-standard fraud screening. Orders flagged as high risk may be cancelled and refunded in full. We may contact you for identity verification before dispatch of high-value orders.
